At Bons & Evers Group, we utilize fully automated presses to produce both solid and hollow forged parts, both horizontally and vertically. The billets are heated, with the appropriate temperature constantly monitored. Once the billet is placed in the die, the desired forged part is produced in one stroke. In both cases, a beautiful homogeneous material structure is formed during the hot forging process.

Through a fully automatic, CNC-controlled machining finish, the forged parts receive their final shape.To realize the functionality of a forged part, machining finishing is required. At all locations, Bons & Evers Group has fully automatic CNC-controlled machines with which a very high surface quality can be accurately applied. Because both locations are complementary in terms of machinery, an extremely flexible total solution is created for the production of batches.

Some clients prefer to be able to purchase a hot forged component without having to do the assembly to the component themselves. They can use our extensive options for manual or automated assembly. Partly because of this expertise, Bons & Evers group has developed into a highly reputable supplier and solution partner. The assembly of hot forged products into “ready to assemble” components is usually done fully automatically. If desired, we develop customer-specific machine concepts for this operation. However small they may be, any leakage or internal rupture can have significant consequences. The Hot Forging technique is often the sole solution for producing a homogeneous product without any cracks, fractures, or leaks.
